These terms govern the services of مكة المكرمة للرحلات (Makkah Al Mokarramah Travel), a sole proprietorship owned by Karam Ahmed Mohamed El-Bagoury, registered in the Commercial Registry under no. 100866 at the Alexandria East Commercial Registry Office, with its office at Shop 6, Ground Floor, 4 Omarat El Zohour, El Nabwy El Mohandes St., El Mandara Qebly, Montaza, Alexandria, Egypt. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Requests and bookings

Submitting a form on this website creates a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you and agrees on price, dates and payment.

Visa services

We prepare and file visa applications on your behalf, but the decision to grant or refuse a visa belongs solely to the embassy or consulate. Our service fees are for processing and are not conditional on approval.

Temporary reservations

Temporary flight and hotel reservations are issued solely to support visa applications. They are not paid tickets or guaranteed stays and are cancelled automatically after a short validity period.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate personal details and genuine documents. We may decline service where information is false or incomplete.

Changes

Prices and trip details may change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
