Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled at Makkah Al Mokarramah Travel.

Trips

Cancellation terms for each trip depend on the hotels and transport providers involved and are confirmed to you in writing before payment. Where a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method.

Visa services

Visa processing fees cover the work of preparing and filing your application and are non-refundable once work has started, regardless of the embassy's decision.

Temporary reservations

Temporary flight and hotel reservations expire automatically and do not require cancellation. Fees for issuing them are non-refundable once issued.

Insurance

Insurance policies can be cancelled before the coverage start date; after the start date, policies are non-refundable.
